Is there a minimum order quantity?
For DTF printing, we have no minimums — you can order a single piece. Screen printing and embroidery may have small minimums depending on the job. Contact us and we'll find the right solution for your quantity.
Do you work with businesses outside Tampa Bay?
Yes. While we're based in Tampa Bay and love working locally, we ship across the US. Local customers also get the option of in-person pickup.
What file format should I send for my artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are ideal. High-resolution PNG or PDF files also work. If you don't have print-ready art, our team can help prep or recreate your design — just ask when you submit your request.
How long does production take?
DTF printing typically takes 2–3 business days. Screen printing runs 5–7 days. Embroidery is 3–5 days. Laser engraving is 1–3 days. Rush orders are available — let us know your deadline and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Can I see a sample before my full order goes into production?
Absolutely. We send a digital proof for approval before production starts on every order. Physical pre-production samples are available for larger runs — ask us for details.
